Handwritten
recipes were put into the computer and printed on recipe
cards. Each card included the name of the recipe, the ingredients
and cooking instructions as well as the name of the person
who gave it to the client. The cards were placed in plastic
sleeves under the appropriate tab: Appetizers, Soup, Salads,
Seafood, Poultry, Vegetables, Pasta/Grain, Meats and Desserts.
"Erin created
a fantastic and easy-to-reference recipe book for me out
of all of my disheveled and odd-sized recipes. I chose my
favorites and my family heirlooms, and she computerized,
compiled and organized them into a very efficient, 3-ringed
book that fits easily on my shelf."
